“Stars and Sea Art Festival” Crowdfunding Now Underway

關田重太郎さん（東京藝術大学美術学部建築科。ヒラヤマでは「ラグビー自販機」のチームに参加）がかかわるプロジェクト。
「ものづくりの町として栄え、豊かな自然や歴史をもつ大みか町。そんな魅力とアーティストがタッグを組み、町の人々と共につくる『星と海の芸術祭』を今夏、開催します！町を愛する住民と若手芸術家の出会いが生んだ地域おこしの第一歩！」

This project involves Shigetaro Sekita, a student of the Architecture Department at Tokyo University of the Arts, who also participated in the HIRAYAMA team behind the “Rugby Vending Machine.”
Omika Town, known for its rich history, vibrant craftsmanship, and beautiful natural surroundings, will host the “Stars and Sea Art Festival” this summer—a collaborative creation between local residents and artists.
This festival represents a community revitalization effort born from the meeting of residents who love their town and young artists.
They are currently seeking support through crowdfunding!
