A Small Improvement in Our Shooting Setup

こんにちは！
現役美大生のクリエーティブ集団・ヒラヤマにて
今年よりインターンとして働いております 慶應義塾大学 環境情報学部2年の高橋理緒です。
本日は、私の業務のひとつをご紹介できればと思います！
みなさま、これが何か分かるでしょうか…？
ヒラヤマでは、商品の撮影を行うことがあり、そのための簡易的な撮影ブースを使用しています。
白いロール紙を下に引き出すことで、背景をきれいな白にして撮影できる仕組みです。
ただ実際に使ってみると、
ロール紙が後ろの棚と干渉してしまったり、支えの部分が不安定だったりと、少し不便でした。
もっと使いやすくできないかな…？と思い、
棚とロール紙をつなぐジョイント部分を、3Dプリンタで制作することにしました！
実際にS字フックなどを持ち帰って試しながら、何度か試作を重ねています。
まだまだ改良途中ですが、
少しずつ 使いやすい撮影環境に近づけていけたらと思っています！

Today, I’d like to share one of the tasks I’ve been working on!
Can you guess what this is…?
At Hirayama, we sometimes photograph products using a simple shooting setup.
By pulling down a roll of white paper, we can create a clean white background for the photos.
However, when actually using it, we ran into a few issues—
the paper would sometimes hit the shelf behind it, and the support structure felt a bit unstable.
So I started thinking…
is there a way to make this setup easier to use?
To solve this, I decided to design and create a custom joint part using a 3D printer, connecting the shelf and the paper roll.
I’ve been experimenting with things like S-hooks and making several prototypes along the way.
It’s still a work in progress,
but I hope to gradually improve our shooting environment and make it more user-friendly!
I’ll keep working on it!
