12月25日(水)メリークリスマス！
と言いたいところですが、ヒラヤマのある東日本橋、日本橋人形町かいわいは、すでに…お正月の準備です！
クリスマスの2週ほどまえ、12月13日は、お正月の準備を始める「事始め」でして、この日からヒラヤマかいわいは、すでに提灯が並び、クリスマスイルミネーションとは無縁にお正月へのカウントダウンが始まっております…！
どうぞかいわいにいらして、日本の12月を楽しんでいただければと思います。

Wednesday, December 25 — Merry Christmas!
...Or so we’d like to say, but here in Higashi-Nihonbashi, where HIRAYAMA is located, and the nearby Ningyocho area in Nihonbashi, preparations for the New Year are already in full swing!
About two weeks before Christmas, December 13 marks Koto Hajime — the traditional day to begin preparing for the New Year. From that day on, the area around HIRAYAMA is lined with paper lanterns, and the countdown to New Year’s begins with no sign of Christmas lights in sight!
We hope you’ll visit the neighborhood and enjoy the unique feeling of December in Japan.
