Policy Statement on Fundamental Labour Principles
私たち株式会社ヒラヤマでは、すべての職場においてこの方針声明を遵守させることを宣言いたします。
1.児童労働の禁止
各国・地域の法令が定める雇用最低年齢に満たない児童を就労させません。
2.強制労働の禁止
いかなる就業形態においても、不当な労働を強制しません。
3.職業と雇用における差別の排除
基本的人権を尊重し、国籍・人種・出身地・宗教・疾病・障がいなどによる差別、セクシャルハラスメント、パワーハラスメントなど、人権を無視する行為は行いません。
4.結社の自由および団体交渉権の尊重
国連の提唱する普遍的原則(結社の自由・団体交渉権の承認)を支持します。

We do not engage in or tolerate any form of forced or unjust labour under any employment conditions. - Elimination of Discrimination in Employment and Occupation
We respect fundamental human rights and do not engage in discriminatory practices based on nationality, race, place of origin, religion, illness, or disability. We strictly prohibit acts that violate human rights, including sexual harassment and power harassment. - Respect for Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining
We support the universal principles advocated by the United Nations, including freedom of association and the recognition of the right to collective bargaining.
