Our Neighbor Meijiza Celebrates Its 150th Anniversary
ご近所 明治座さん 150周年
現役美大生のクリエーティブ集団・ヒラヤマ（本社:東京都中央区/代表取締役:平山雅一）です。
ヒラヤマのある東日本橋のすぐ近く、浜町には劇場の明治座があります。
ふだんはタレントさんのお芝居などでにぎわう明治座も、いよいよ150周年ということで、記念の4,5月は歌舞伎公演のようです。
5月は猿之助さんが登場の様子…！
We are HIRAYAMA, a creative collective of current art university students, based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo (Representative Director: Masakazu Hirayama).
Just a short walk from Higashi-Nihonbashi, where HIRAYAMA is based, you'll find Meijiza, a historic theater located in Hamacho.
While Meijiza is usually known for its popular stage performances featuring celebrities, it’s now marking a major milestone—its 150th anniversary!
To celebrate, the theater will be presenting kabuki performances throughout April and May.
And in May, it looks like Ennosuke will be taking the stage…!
